Peachy Deegan Loves bareMinerals Queen Phyllis Glimmer!!! And so does the Whom You Know Beauty Panel!

At Whom You Know, we test many brands of makeup to find the best to tell you about! Of all of the eyeshadows Peachy Deegan has tried this year, the one by BareEscentuals is the best: The Queen Phyllis. Officially it is called bareMinerals Queen Phyllis Glimmer. Since Peachy loved it so much, the entire Whom You Know beauty panel tried it and here is what they thought:

I couldn't wait to try Bare Escentuals eye shadow once I had received it. I have brown eyes, so the Queen Phyllis glimmer color is perfect for me. Whether I want a very dramatic look or just an everyday look with a shimmer of color, Bare Escentuals Glimmer gets the thumbs up from me. It really makes my eyes pop and enhances my eye color. I have tried it alone for a more daytime look and then I mixed it with other shades when I wanted a much more exotic look. This eye color, quite frankly is luxurious. What I found really interesting is when I applied it wet, it created an opaque high sheen. As it is an all-natural consistency, it makes it so easy to apply and it blends seamlessly on my eyes. I found no crease marks after wearing this all day. This shadow is preservative-free, so for all you girls with sensitive skin, it will not give you any eye irritation. I cannot emphazise how great this product is, I have had so many compliments, it will be difficult to ever switch. This is my go to glimmer!

Bare minerals has been a favorite makeup of mine for the past few years. I love that I can apply a powder makeup that lasts throughout the day that is actually good for your skin. As I wake in the morning , my makeup is applied to last the entire day : drop off kids to school, go to work, pick up kids, make dinner, get dressed for cocktail or charity event. I need makeup to last throughout the day and into the night...
Bare minerals has all that and more . This bare mineral glimmer eyeshadow in gold titled name "queen Phyllis" gave my eyelids alot of subtle shimmer and made my eyes twinkle, so much that I think I put a spell on a certain handsome male dinner guest when he commented "Wow your eyes sparkle!" then he nicknamed me sparkle girl and asked me out for the next night. True story- it's worth it's weight in gold.

After complimenting Peachy on her radiating eye shadow during a recent luncheon, I was thrilled when she asked me to review the product from i.d. bareMinerals. I tried out the Queen Phyllis bareMinerals glimmer before going to a holiday party. The color is a nude shade, leaving me free to experiment a bit. I applied it on my eyelids as a base and then followed with a deeper blue shade of shadow. Then I experimented, just as every woman should do with her make-up. I used my blush brush to apply it as a powder on my cheeks to give my skin extra glimmer. I was shinning throughout the night and I would recommend this product to any diva looking to make a splash.

I don't normally wear eye shadow but loved the smoothness & shimmer of bare Escentuals.
I love the way it makes my eyes "POP". The color and shimmer is great, natural yet adds that extra wow. I found bare Escentuals easy to add highlight and simmer to my eyes without looking like I have a lot of makeup on. I wore bare Escentuals to a holiday party and friends loved the way it seem to highlight my eyes.

This shade is very natural, a tad brighter than the somewhat fair skintone of my eyelids, and leaves just the right amount of shimmer and glow. My eyes look more wide awake as a result. As with the
range of Bare Escentuals cosmetics, the mineral blend is extra gentle on my sometimes sensitive eyes and skin. This has good staying power too, with just a bit of primer as an underlayer, the Glimmer stayed on for hours without creasing or fading.

WOW, the bare Escentuals eye shadow is a fantastic product. I found it to go on very smoothly with lightweight coverage and looked as great at the end of the day as when I first put it on.
Because I have heavy eyelids, applying most eye shadows cause creasing but that was not the case with bare Escentuals. It was great for blending colors and no flaking to aggravate my contact lens. A definite keeper.
