To enhance the eye area and complete a flawless makeup look, the experts at Clinique have developed a functional beauty tool to perfect brows while creating the illusion of an instant brow lift. Peachy Deegan has been using this for a week and her eyebrows are neater, her eyes appear to be more awake (despite many hours behind the computer, writing away!) due to the smart highlighter end, and she has a more polished look overall. Conveniently packaged in a dual ended pencil, NEW Clinique Instant Lift for Brows provides an easy way to fill-in and shape eyebrows while also creating a more eye-opening, youthful appearance.

Instant Lift for Brows includes a brow filling pencil on one end and a brow bone highlighter on the other. The pencil is designed to fill-in brows and even out sparse areas to create perfectly defined, natural looking brows. When applied under the brow, the highlighter instantly brightens your appearance and gives the illusion of a lifted look, using light reflecting ingredients to highlight the brow. It’s a simple way to look years younger without the fuss – instant gratification at its best. Using this fabulous product is an easy way to make a big change on your face in just a minute!

THE MAJOR PLAYERS

The brow filler is a wax-based formula with a beautiful powdery-cream glide designed to deposit evenly onto the skin and easily fill in brows. The balance of waxes and pigments contribute to a natural, even, colour-true payoff in one easy stroke. Carnauba Wax helps to make the product adhere to skin which allows this long-wearing formula to last for up to 8 hours without smudging or smearing. The brow filler pencil uses a propel/repel mechanism and is available in three natural shades: Soft Blonde, Soft Brown and Deep Brown. Whom You Know found the deep brown to be neutral and it filled in with color nicely. Fill in the brows using the brow pencil by gently gliding the tip along the brow hairs, and direct pencil upward and outward to create shape.

The brow bone highlighter is a universal, warm pink champagne hue paired with each of the three brow filler pencil shades. When Peachy Deegan is not drinking Champagne it is a great color to have on her browbone! The silky formula glides smoothly across the brow bone and distributes colour evenly. This highlighter creates the illusion of a lifted brow when applied on the brow bone right underneath the brow. It brightens the eye area for a more wide-eyed, youthful appearance on any skin tone, from very fair to deep. And, pearlized pigments optically give eyes the appearance of looking more opened by scattering light in just the right spot and drawing attention to the brow bone area. Simply apply the highlighter directly on the brow bone, underneath the brows only. Then blend highlighter up and outward using index finger if necessary.
