Womanity Eau de Parfum Highly Recommended by Whom You Know

Peachy Deegan absolutely loves Clarins, a quality brand across the board from skincare to beauty to fragrance. Clarins loved us when we were tiny at the beginning over a year ago, and we have loved every single one of their products, both classic and new innovations.   They are dedicated to quality and spend years developing new products.  They do not use cliched focus groups-they take time and evaluate the market in a meaningful, measurable way and like us, worship precision and don't cut corners.   You can see why we love them!  We have news: introducing Womanity!  It is truly unique, however it is in the creative vein of what Mugler has done with Angel and Alien.  We like this one the best.  In over 700 product posts sometimes it can be a bit of a challenge finding something unique to say about a new product but that is far from the case with Womanity.  First of all, we have never heard of a beauty product with Caviar before.  (La Mer does use diamonds in a body scrub...) Second of all, we never imagined Caviar could smell so good.   It takes zero convincing for us to eat caviar-but to wear it, you might think twice.  Let us assure you, paired with the fig it is absolutely intoxicating.  Of course, Peachy also has an affinity for Fig because of Fig Newtons, which were named after Newton, Massachusetts, home of beloved alma mater Boston College.    It never occurred to us such olfactory pleasure could be derived from figs and cute little black eggs but this winner of a combination composing sweet and savory together ensures the success of Womanity by Theirry Mugler and Clarins.  Peachy and the fragrance panel overwhelmingly love this and they say:

There are legions of Thierry Mugler fragrances fans out there who are no doubt waiting with baited breath for the official release of his new scent, Womanity, and it will not disappoint!  Only the 3rd to be released in the last 20 years, Womanity is the culmination of 4 years' worth of fragrance development by the venerable fragrance house, who really took the time to get it just right.  We commend this commitment to excellence at Whom You Know.  The scent, somewhat of a departure from Angel and Alien, Mugler's 2 earlier fragrances, is a light, woody and sweet one in which the essence fig, caviar and fig wood feature heavily.  On paper, it sounds like an odd and unusual mix but on the skin, it's incredibly alluring and captivating.  Using a new proprietary technique called molecular extraction, every facet and layer of the scent of the fig, caviar and fig wood is captured.  The result is a beautifully harmonious fragrance that you can detect the various different facets of as it wears off over time.  It smells different on everyone but the overall consensus of everyone who's tried it is that it's lovely, memorable and sure to be Mugler's next great classic!

Eighteen years after his inspired, inspirational perfume, Angel, was released, Thierry Mugler has another hit on his hands!  Marrying sweet and savory in a blissful union, Womanity may just be the perfume of the new decade.  Created using the cutting edge technology of molecular distillation,Womanity manages to perfectly capture the sweetness of fig, the bold and tangy quality of caviar, and the woodsy, earthy essence of fig tree in one gorgeous scent.  It's at once complex and light, feminine and forward, airy and grounded.  It's a juxtaposition of scents that one would not naturally think of combining, but it WORKS!  From the first time I sprayed it on, I haven't been able to stop sniffing it!  It's intoxicating, delicious, and highly addictive!  And, as if the scent itself wasn't enough, the packaging is fantastic.  Both feminine and gritty, the pink perfume is bottled in clear glass with a heavy metal motif on top.  The metal frieze contains a phrase engraved in a mysterious language and the face of the sphinx.  There is a ring on the very top, covering the nozzle, which is is also done in metal, to match the frieze, and it is meant to be a sign of connectedness and unity.  The ring and the frieze are connected by a metal chain, which symbolizes curiosity, sharing, and solidarity.  And all of this is packaged in recycled and recyclable paperboard.  There are no inserts; all of the information about the perfume can be found printed on the inside of the box - this is part of Mugler's ongoing commitment to environmental responsibility (they were the first company to have refillable perfume bottles - and, like its predecessorsAngel and AlienWomanity also comes in refillable bottles!).  Final verdict: Womanity is a MUST HAVE!
