KUSMI TEA OF PARIS: CELEBRATING THE GRAND OPENING OF THEIR MANHATTAN BOUTIQUE—THE FIRST KUSMI TEA STORE IN AMERICA

Kusmi Tea of Paris, a brand known for its traditional Russian style teas for the last 140 years, is proud to announce the grand opening of their retail store in New York City, located at 1037 Third Avenue near 61st Street. While this opening marks the tenth boutique for Kusmi Tea—other locations include Paris, the French Provinces and Montreal—the Manhattan store is their first retail shop on American soil.

Open Monday through Saturday from 10am until 8pm, the New York City boutique’s design is inspired by their Paris flagship store: shades of red and white blended together to create a contemporary style and ambiance. The shelves are lined with the beautifully designed boxes and classic tins that are filled with Kusmi’s unique blends of green, black, red, herbal, wellness and decaf tea leaves, including Sweet Love (a Black China tea with licorice roots, spices, guarana seeds and pink pepper), Be Cool (a combination of verbena, rosehip seeds, liquorice and peppermint), Spicy Chocolate (a Chinese black tea flavored with chocolate and spices), and the best seller Detox (a blend of Mate, premium green tea and lemongrass flavored with lemon). Tea consultants are available to provide additional information, such as the history of Kusmi Tea, the teas’ origins, as well as infusion time.
