NIGHTLIGHT: Whom You Know Mover and Shaker Meera Gandhi with her husband Vikram Host a Screening of Her Acclaimed Movie: Giving Back, an Inspirational Documentary

We love our Movers and Shakers, and Meera Gandhi is setting the world aflame with her generous spirit of giving back! Peachy Deegan loved meeting Meera and her family last night-her husband could be an upcoming Mover and Shaker-and her children were so well-behaved. Every person we met had a warm heart and was truly a joy to meet, and we wish we could say that truthfully every night. Positive people that live to change the world attract others such as them, and Meera embodies this.

Yesterday, the Whom You Know contingency ventured over to the Disney Screening Room to view the premiere screening of Meera Gandhi’s inspirational and touching documentary, Giving Back. Featured as our Mover and Shaker earlier, Meera is quite the accomplished author, international humanitarian, and now we can add documentary filmmaker to that list. The documentary takes us on a 25 minute journey that captures the humanitarian efforts and causes that Meera and her Giving Back Foundation have dedicated themselves to. And on this journey, they were able to inspire such luminaries as Bono, Kerry Kennedy, Steven Rockefeller, Cherie Blair and numerous others to join in the cause too. Meera’s huge spirit and dedication comes thru both in the documentary and in person. It was felt by all in attendance, and we at Whom You Know are just that much more inspired to give back too, as to quote from the film, “We are to the universe only as much as we can give back to it.”
