Toner is a product that I've hardly used in my skincare regimen, as the assumption's always been that my skin is too dry and sensitive, and it would zap away any and all natural moisture left. This particular product turns that assumption upside down. It further cleansed my skin after using the Clarifiying Cleanser and prepped it for the moisturizer to be absorbed into my skin more effectively. The witch hazel in the formula is mild and the chamomile is soothing. The Vitamin E ensures that the moisture level on my skin is maintained. After using this just once, I noticed the slight inflammation of the skin on my forehead lessened. I'm hoping with continued usage, the inflammation will altogether disappear.
