Supporting causes that work towards curing cancer are the most important to us out of all charities we cover, and as you see Charitable Peachy is the fifth largest column so there have been quite a few. Peachy Deegan's grandmother, pictured to the right, passed away from cancer at the young age of 60. On Thursday, October 21, 2010, The Society of Memorial Sloan- Kettering Cancer Center (SMSKCC) will host the 22nd Annual Preview Party for The International Fine Art and Antique Dealers Show. Held at the Park Avenue Armory in New York, the show features many of the world’s most influential art and antique dealers from the U.S. and Europe. Sponsored by Giorgio Armani & 1stdibs.com, with additional support from ELLE DECOR, over 1,000 guests attend The Society’s Preview Party. This glittering evening is co-chaired by Melinda Blinken, Libby Fitzgerald (Remember how much we love Greyledge Farm see Peachy's Pantry!), Lisa McCarthy, Daisy Soros, and Michel Cox Witmer. All proceeds from the event benefit The Society’s patient care, research and education programs at MSKCC.
