Oooh la la Mademoiselle Peachy just loves cuisine francais! Maison is an experience in the coastal flavors of Brittany. This rugged region juts out into the Atlantic, bordered on the north by the English Channel and on the south by the Bay of Biscay. Its gentle climate and situation make it the perfect seafood region, and at Maison the menu focuses on the fish, shellfish, and crepes that are found in quaint restaurants dotted along the seaside towns of Brittany.
