Terrific Takeout: Fireside

If you make friends with these wild "black garlic" shrimp, the relationship will be short lived because you will devour them in about 5 seconds, they are so fantastic.  Black garlic is one of the hottest things around, and with a name like Fireside, we expected it to be HOT.
Wild arugula was fresh as ever and the beets were amazing!  You know Peachy is not a fan of any goat cheese (they did not know) and she was glad it was on the side.
Seared Sea Scallops were a total winner!  The chef at Fireside is so creative-just listen to how fabulous this sounds: bamboo risotto, baby bok choy, balsamic glaze- and who does not love sea scallops!
Happy Birthday tomorrow to Theresa Kelly who is a total peach.
