EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW WITH WILL AND ANTHONY NUNZIATA BEFORE THEIR SHOW AT FEINSTEIN'S NEXT WEEK!

Will and Anthony Nunziata tell us:
It's been a fun & busy year traveling to venues in Sarasota, Orlando, Wisconsin, Palm Beach, NJ, Singapore...and what we are most proud of is our starting our Educational Outreach program "Double Duty" where we go into high schools and talk to students about the importance of the arts in education.

We have missed them since their Columbus Day extravaganza:

And Peachy Deegan caught up with them before their big appearance at Feinstein's next week!

Peachy Deegan: How has your career been evolving since the last time we saw you perform?
Will: Still making a living (knock on wood!)
Anthony: I am having a blast traveling all over and meeting new friends from our audiences.

What is the format and theme of your show at Feinstein's?
W: The show is like none other than anyone has seen or have we done. It's a show that is real, raw, and something I am very proud of.
A: Ditto.

What have you been up to in Manhattan since 2011?
A: In Manhattan, we performed during the Columbus Day Parade on NBC in the Fall and private functions. We have been rehearsing out of New York City with our director Eric Michael Gillett and musical director Tedd Firth in between our travels.

Of all of the places you've traveled, which has impacted you the most and why?
W: For me, its the places where we have been able to not only perform in concerts, but also go into the schools and talk to kids about arts education, its importance, and also the importance of following your dreams.
A: In every city I travel I find something unique and beautiful about that city. Doing our educational outreach program has been very fulfilling.

Explain in detail to our readers please what "Double Duty" is and how it is executed.
W: Double Duty is two fold; we feel we have a duty to not only perform, but also a duty to go into the schools of the city in which we are performing to talk to students about their love of the arts, following their dreams, and to always look at the positive side of things.

If a high school wants to be involved in "Double Duty," what do they need to do?
A: Contact our office at WillandAnthony@gmail.com and someone will be in touch directly.

After Feinstein's, what will be the rest of the 2011 performing highlights for you in your upcoming schedule?
W: We are going to be performing as Guest Soloists with the Brockton Symphony Orchestra for an outdoor audience of a few thousand folks in the Mashpee Commons on Cape Cod.

Will you be wearing maroon and gold at Feinsteins?
A: In our hearts, always.

What are your predictions for the Boston College football season this fall?
W: Anthony would know better...Anthony?
A: According to my calculations, the zodiac points toward an undefeated season.

What else should our readers know about what you've been up to?
W: That I am blessed to do what I love, and I hope to see you all at a concert soon!
A: Ditto. Hope to see you at a concert soon.
