Terrific Takeout: Sojourn

Look at how thick and juicy that salmon steak is!
It was every bite as tantalizingly delicious as it looks, and you can find it at Sojourn.
Joined by morel and crimini mushrooms, asparagus and truffle oil, the salmon is bathing in quite a party of flavor and whomever designed this menu and cooked this specific dish is brilliant because the combination is a winner.
We also tried the manchego and chorizo croquettes which were crispy on the outside and soft and bursting with flavor on the inside.  There were many delightful options that graced their menu from the looks of it...but this is what we narrowed it down to.
We'd recommend the red and golden beet napoleon-this beet duo has got the beat and has zip to it and also nutrition.  Their site tells us:
