Quite frankly, we've been obsessed with Obsession since it made its debut when Peachy was in we believe elementary school, and she made a beeline for the perfume counter at WestFarms Mall. There is little to us that is quite as exciting as the launch of a new OBSESSION and we do hope we are the very first to tell you about it! Calvin Klein, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of PVH Corp. [NYSE: PVH] and Calvin Klein Fragrances, a division of Coty Inc., today released the advertising campaign for Calvin Klein’s new fragrance, DARK OBSESSION for men, featuring model Matthew Terry. Mr. Terry, who has been featured in several recent campaigns for the house, was most recently seen in the attention grabbing Calvin Klein Underwear :30 commercial that debuted last month on the Super Bowl XLVII broadcast to an estimated audience of over 100 million viewers.


The provocative DARK OBSESSION campaign captures the intensely sexy, masculine confidence of the modern OBSESSION man. A print advertisement and on-line video will run in the U.S. and select global markets beginning in April 2013.

Shot in New York City, the campaign was conceived by Calvin Klein’s in-house global marketing and advertising agency, and captured by fashion photographer Dan Jackson. 


Mr. Terry is a personal trainer from Pennsylvania who was discovered in 2011 after being named co-winner of the annual VMAN/Ford Model Search. His other recent global advertising campaigns were for Calvin Klein Underwear Bold and Calvin Klein Jeans for Spring 2012.


DARK OBSESSION for men is a bold, modern Oriental that reinterprets the original 1986 OBSESSION for men fragrance with a powerful masculinity and intense sensuality. The new scent will be available in the U.S. and select global markets beginning in March 2013.
