EPIX has decided to take their NHL coverage to the West Coast!
When we think West Coast, we think amazing Warner Brothers Pictures and phenomenal Fresh Origins microgreens. Previously on Whom You Know, we wrote on the Winter Classic by EPIX:

Now when we say Kings, we aren't talking Henry VIII and when we say Sharks, we aren't talking Jaws.
We stand corrected, and now when we think West Coast, we think hockey, and we suppose the rest of the world has thought that way for quite awhile: from the Edmonton Oilers trading Gretzky to LA ages ago to the winner of the last two Stanley Cups (New York is still hurting, a very sensitive subject here!) the West Coast has proved that hockey works well with Rodeo Drive, the beach, and everything that is the West Coast.
However, in our humble opinion, the reason why LA won the last two years is that their secret weapon is from the great State of Connecticut, an AOF product named Jonathan Quick!
This is not only about LA however; San Jose and Anaheim are included.
We are compelled to compliment San Jose on their proper use of the word WHOM in their locker room, where their wall says:
"To whom much is given, much is expected."
Anyone who doesn't recognize hockey players are brilliant has not met the right ones.
The battle of California is underway on the ice, and who would have imagined this when there were only six teams in the NHL? As you'll recall, San Jose was up in the best of seven 3-0 only to lose to the Kings in the playoffs. The quality of the LA team is of the same caliber of the Chicago Blackhawks, featured in the Winter Classic. (We believe the Rangers are as well and maybe that is the next tv series, Epix?) Daryl Sutter has the same Human Piranha vocabulary exhibited in the last series by Joel Quenneville, however he seems to be less fiery than Coach Q, as he is called today. In our opinion, no one is better than Joel as a coach except Kevin of course, which is why Joel hired him.
This episode gives an insiders view into the Columbus All-Star game, and the business of hockey, however it still is committed to showing the players as real people. It gets so real that Brent Burns shares his personal zoo of amphibious guys including snakes, cheetahs and penguins. What we would like to know however is can Brent get Sidney Crosby to jump on a blue blanket like that? Also Joe Thorton the shark goes fishing, and you go with him!
We like Christopher Sutter's positive attitude he brings to his dad's team, and we like Maria Shriver's visit.
We will warn you-if you don't like blood or hospitals you will have to close your eyes during some scenes. Hockey is brutal...note which side of the glass Peachy likes to be on!
Everyone in New York reading us-as Taylor Swift says-shake off the playoffs from last spring, and appreciate our favorite sport on the West Coast!
Travel to the land of dominant Kings, hungry sharks and dapper ducks....
