Stressed Mommy Wine Recommended by Whom You Know! Take a Break for 2014 Stressed Mommy Merlot, 2014 Stressed Mommy Chardonnay and 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon
People everywhere all around the world, parents of humans or not, adore a fantastic wine.
Entrepreneurs around the world this week are trying to get 5 days work of work done in 4 days, so it's high time for stress even if you are website mommy! We put our most discriminating wine connoisseurs to the test with our first review ever of Stressed Mommy Wine, which impressed us all. This group included Stressed Mommies and Stressed Daddies equally, and they loved it. One says he's mostly a typical Bourbon beer drinker, but does however enjoy a good wine. He says: "I had the honor of tasting 3 good wines by Stressed Mommy Wine Company. I was very surprised how impressive and well balanced all 3 wines were." Though we were immediately convinced of how great a marketing idea this is, we had to try the wines themselves to see how great inside the label was and even our drinking pals from college (the best ones!) were fabulously happy. Peachy Deegan preferred the two reds, but that should shock no one. What did we try specifically? We tried:
The Cabernet Sauvignon.
Whether you’re a Wine Enthusiast or just looking for a really good bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon, Stressed Mommy Wine will not let you down. There are aromas of a dark berry and plum and this will please any wine drinker.
On a standalone basis, this presents a slightly tannic, sophisticated burst of dark red fruit and it also enhances a laudable dinner.
The cabernet has a full bodied, rich taste. It has a light grape and berry aftertaste. It is smooth and easy to drink - polished off a glass without realizing it! I enjoyed drinking it on its own, and it also paired perfectly with the veal and peppers meal I made. This is absolutely wine I would look forward to relaxing with at the end of a long week.
2014 Cabernet Sauvignon
Our Stressed Mommy Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark crimson color, with ripe berry and plum aromas, accented by toasty oak and vanilla. The wine displays rich dark fruit flavors on the palate, balanced by silky tannis and a lingering finish. Grapes were chosen from areas known for producing Cabernet with rich, concentrated fruit flavors and balanced complexity.
Grapes from the wine were handled gently to minimize bitterness and fermented warm to maximize color and flavor extraction.
The Chardonnay.
Next in my batting order of wine glasses was the Chardonnay for this stressed Daddy. This was my wife’s favorite. This lovely vintage boasts a crisp character with a sophisticated fruity taste and it's easy to drink, This Chardonnay can be paired with just about anything.
The chardonnay is a clear, golden color. It paired wonderfully with sharp cheese, as well as with a fish dinner. It is light and fruity tasting. The aftertaste is mild and pleasant. This stressed Mommy dreams of finding time to relax in a bubble bath with a glass of Stressed mommy Chardonnay and a good book. Who needs Calgon when this can take you away?
2014 Stressed Mommy Chardonnay
Our Stressed Mommy Chardonnay displays textbook varietal characteristics, with golden straw color, golden apple and pear flavors, medium body, and a crisp yet smooth finish. Grapes for our Chardonnay were chosen from best coastal growing regions of Paso Robles, known for producing Chardonnay with excellent acidity and balanced flavors.
The grapes were harvested at maximum ripeness while still maintaining optimum acidity levels. While the wine were fermented in stainless steel, a portion was barrel fermented contributing a creamy toastiness to the finished wine.
The Merlot.
This was my favorite one. I thought it was a very good high quality wine with berry flavors and a very smooth finish. It would be a great table wine with family and friends for any occasion.
The merlot has a beautiful garnet color that swirls clear in the glass. With a bold taste, the merlot paired perfectly with a
traditional Italian dish. The aftertaste is subtle and mildly dry.
This wine has a rich taste that will impress on a mom's night out. A wine that tastes expensive without breaking your budget.
2014 Stressed Mommy Merlot
Grapes for our 2014 Merlot were selected from among the best growing regions in Paso Robles, CA. In some areas, warm sunny days provide optimum grapes ripening, while Pacific Ocean fog create cool nights and maintain the acidity in grapes, resulting in a balanced Merlot full of flavor.
After harvest, the fruit was handled gently and fermented in stainless steel to preserve the fully fruit flavors in the grapes. A portion of the wine was oak aged to add subtle toast and vanilla accents.
Stressed Mommy Wine was created by Heather Christian out of the idea that life is so crazy these days that it’s so important to sit back and take a break. You probably know someone who juggles it all and you might not have let them know they are appreciate. Stressed Mommy Wine is a way to tell them how much they are appreciated and to take a day for themselves.
