NIGHTLIGHT: Alvin Valley Fashion show

Never a dull moment under the bright lights of Manhattan! After the amazing BMW/Vogue event, Peachy Deegan headed to the Alvin Valley fashion show held in the Altman building to view the 2009 Fall Collection.

Though it was not quite her style, Peachy thought the show was well done. A lot of pale green and rust were used in the color palette, which should only be worn if they are the right colors for you. Some of the women's fashions were astoundingly ruffly! When she thinks ruffles, Peachy thinks potato chips, french onion dip, a little pigskin and a lot of rah-rah. Peachy does not like ruffles on her dresses. But they looked good on the models, and in particular the neutrals such as ivory and black seemed the most stunning.

After a typical late start the show went quickly. Real Housewife Bethenny Frankel was in attendance.
