NIGHTLIGHT: Aquascutum at Saks

Sometimes the best things in Manhattan rain in on us from England. Last night Saks hosted an excellent event by Aquascutum where the ad campaign running now was portrayed in real life by guests attending.
Guests were treated to beautiful chignons in their hair done by Saks Hair Stylist Charles Montgomery and company and drank white wine.
The most stunning raincoat was a deep kelly green modeled by yours truly among others. The pink was nice too, but what do you think a Lilly-Pulitzer-wearing girl from Connecticut is going to say? It also came in Navy, and Michael the photographer captured each attendee in the right light while Michael the Aquascutum creative director made sure each model wore it right from sleeves pushed up to the collar popped.
Peachy Deegan has heard they are expanding in the US and Whom You Know found the current spring line quite smashing. Go rush into Saks so you will be prepared for the spring rains looking as British as Karen and Simon!
