READ THIS: Shopaholic Takes Manhattan

With all the commotion with the Shopaholic movie, Whom You Know would like to remind its readers that it all started with the book by Sophie Kinsella. In the series is "Shopaholic Takes Manhattan." Becky Bloomwood, a Brit, travels to the center of the earth-Manhattan of course-and what could be a better place for a shopaholic?

Peachy Deegan believes that if Becky was a real person, she'd be a Whom You Know reader too...Becky says in the book: “This expensive, glossy world is where I've been headed all along. Limos and flowers; waxed eyebrows and designer clothes from Barneys. These are my people; this is where I'm meant to be."
