CHIANTI DOCG
Raised in Tuscany, this classic Italian always delivers. It brings to the table soft tannins with flavors of cherry and berries and a leisurely finish. Aged 6-8 months, it’s perfect for a quite dinner with the family after a hard day’s work.

Tasting notes: Deep ruby red in color. Fruity nose, cherry driven, fresh palate of fine fruit, and a full body. A very balanced, warm, smooth, velvety wine with a great mouth feel with soft tannins allowing the wine to maintain its solid structure. i . Uncork and enjoy with simple pasta dishes and grilled meats.

There’s been a few changes in the white wine world, and Pinot Grigio has come out on top. This Pinot Grigio begins with a nice acidity, then finishes off clean. This wine feels a home at any sit-down, or just a quick drink with friends.

Our Pinot Noir is soft in presentation, with subtle cherry fruit flavors wrapped around a smooth and lasting mid pallet. But don’t be fooled. This Pinot Noir can stand up to a filet of salmon or a 32 oz. Porterhouse.

CABERNET/ MERLOT/ SANGIOVESE- IGT Sicilia
This captivating Italian is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sangiovese. Up to a year of oak aging makes a masterful wine for right now or after aging for 3-5 years, which mellow the tannins for a dry wine with a fruit core and a dramatic finish.
Blend: 45% Cabernet, 45% Merlot, and 10 % Sangiovese

Oaked: 12 months in big barrels, 20% aged in barrique for 4 months.

Tasting notes: A vigorous wine, full-bodied and elegant, intense ruby in color, while on the nose it presents a strong range of scents, including berries and ripe yellow pepper. The fruit is easily perceived and paired up with the sweet tannin base. Succulent and elegant, it ends with a clean finish. An absolute perfect red meat wine, drinks well with roasted chicken or a grilled porterhouse steak.

CHIANTI CLASSICO DOCG – Estate Bottled and Grown
VEsuvio Wine Company Chianti Classico is produced with only the highest quality of grapes from the hills of Tuscany Region. The grape is predominantly Sangiovese Tuscan, which delivers small yields giving excellent flavors resulting in good structure and complexity. The wine is highly extracted which translates to the deep color, lovely tannins, and pleasing aromas. The wine is aged for at least a year in Oak Casks and should be drunk now or may be put away anywhere from 3-7 years.
Traditional Chianti vilification method of Sangiovese, Canaiolo, and Malvasia-Trebbiano all hand selected from estate vineyards.
Matured in large and small oak casks for at least 12 months and further refinement in the bottle for 3 months.

Tasting Notes: Intense ruby red color with big bouquet of notes of cherry, spice and hints of vanilla. The mouth feel is medium bodied and balanced with full, harmonious flavors and a nice velvety finish rounding out the rustic tannins. A perfect wine to pair with beef, lamb and most pasta dishes.

CHIANTI CLASSICO Riserva DOCG – Estate Bottled and Grown
The Vesuvio Wine Company Riserva is from the heartland of the beautiful region of Tuscany between Florence and Siena. Made from the finest grapes and aged for 2 years in oak, delivering a powerful red wine with strong tannins, a dry pallet and a delicate bouquet. Drink now or hold for 7-10 years; open an hour before serving to allow the wine to fully develop and be all it an be.
