Eat, Drink and Be Healthy: Cleansing

What are good ways of doing "cleansing"?

When cleansing it is important to be sure you have enough protein. After 72 hours without protein, your body begins to digest it's own muscle to compensate. Many cleanses sold over the counter are dangerous for that reason.
