Peachy Deegan's sidekick, Petite Peachy, is not so wild about brushing her teeth. However, she has a new attitude where music is involved with this activity!

There’s a “note-able” new addition to Dr. Fresh’s stable of innovative oral care products -- the FireFly® Boppin’ Barnyard Musical Timer Toothbrush. Kids tend to tune out nagging, but they’ll be all ears – and all smiles – for a whimsical chorus of oinks, moos, and quacks to keep them company while brushing.

This cute innovation plays “Old MacDonald” for one minute (the length of time each row of teeth needs to be brushed) when the button in its handle is pressed. Kids brush until the music stops, then activate the song again to brush the second row of teeth. It was developed for ages 3 and up with an ergonomic design appropriate for a child’s small hand.

Dentists recommend toothbrushes be replaced every three months; FireFly Boppin Barnyard Musical Toothbrush stops playing its song after that time as a reminder to get a new toothbrush. It is available at CVS and Walgreens in Manhattan for $2.49.
