We have discovered that Beyonce shares our opinion! She is wearing the shoe of the week: The Odyssey in Gold.

Beyonce discovered Ruthie Davis shoes in the Fall 2008 when she wore Ruthie’s patchwork ‘bolt’ platform to Conde Nast Fashion Rocks in September 2008.

Ever since Beyonce has been obsessed with her Ruthie Davis heels and has looked to Ruthie for stand out heels for some of her biggest appearances.

She wore Ruthie’s Spring 2010 clear plastic platforms to perform on SNL and then wore Ruthie’s Fall 2009 Gold Odyssey platforms for an appearance on David Letterman.

But Beyonce likes to pair her on the town outfits with her personal Ruthie Davis heels, as well. She’s been spotted wearing Ruthie’s heels when she’s out with Jay Z.

In June 2009, Ruthie was VIP guest at Beyonce’s concert in NYC where she had a private meeting with Beyonce backstage. Ruthie gave Beyonce a pair of her Link sandals which Beyonce wore that night!

Most recently in July, Beyonce was photographed in Miami between her shows wearing Ruthie’s Link Sandal and grabbing a cup of coffee and in Chicago at a charity event wearing Ruthie’s new Fall 2009 Bionic platforms.
