ALLIED MARINE ARRIVES IN SAG HARBOR

As New Yorkers flock to the Hamptons this summer, Allied Marine, exclusive sales and service provider of Ferretti group products in the USA, has decided to open a satellite office in the heart of Sag Harbor to accommodate boaters in the Northeast. Fresh off Memorial Day weekend, Allied Marine’s new Sag Harbor location and operations will be open through the end of September where it is currently showcasing an array of select Ferretti group product including a Riva 75’ Venere, a Riva 33’ Aquariva Super and a Mochi Craft Dolphin 44’ at the choice Sag Harbor Cove Yacht Club East marina.

This is the first time that the company has decided to have such a poignant presence in the Northeast. “While the season winds down in South Florida, it begins to accelerate in New York’s Hamptons and the surrounding regions as customers seek the many enjoyments boating provides. Therefore, we decided to look beyond our current boundaries and have strategically positioned ourselves where many yacht enthusiasts choose to spend their summers” – states Robert McDougal, President of Allied Marine.

This is one of the first of many initiatives that Allied Marine will be undertaking in the coming months as it continues to expand its reach in the U.S. In addition to this market expansion, Allied Marine’s Grand Showroom located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida is undergoing a total renovation to be more reflective of the quality of the Ferretti group products. A significant portion of these improvements will debut to coincide with the next Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show.

In order to further maximize its presence in the Hamptons and the surrounding areas, Allied Marine is getting involved in local community initiatives and events to promote the Ferretti group brands; particularly with Riva Yachts and Mochi Craft throughout the summer.

Riva Yachts has become an official sponsor of the 2009 Mercedes-Benz Polo Challenge at Blue Star Jets Field, which will take place at the prestigious Bridgehampton Polo Club from July 18th through August 22nd. Allied Marine and Ferretti group will add to the event’s allure by having premier on-site presence and will set up an Riva Yachts luxury lounge as well as showcase the timeless Riva 33’ at the main entrance of the polo grounds for the opening and closing tournaments. Allied Marine is particularly enthusiastic about participating in this coveted polo tournament that draws a lot of excitement from residents from the surrounding areas of the historic polo club.
