Tempur-Pedic, Inc. guarantees that your Tempur-Pedic Mattress Overlay will be replaced or repaired at their option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during the five (5) year warranty period. It is understood that this limited warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the TEMPUR® pressure-relieving material or a decrease in the slow recovery feature – aspects which do not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the overlay.
