August 7-8, 2009: CAVI hit the Hamptons this weekend, hosting an exclusive preview of CAVI Sport, in celebration with Hamptons Magazine Surf Issue at the legendary Surf Lodge in Montauk The soirée included a live auction, in cooperation with the Rell Sunn Surf Memorial, with all proceeds benefitting families with hardships in the East End. The hot, trend-setting lifestyle fashion brand, favored by music industry heavyweights including Jay-Z, Ne-Yo, Fabolous, Nas, 50 Cent, T.I., Black Eyed Peas, John Legend and NFL stars Reggie Bush, Clinton Portis, and Jeremy Shockey, recently celebrated the pre-launch of its designer surf-inspired fashion line. The evening played host to over 200 guests, including The Real Housewives of New York City's Alex McCord, Simon Van Kempen, and Naturally Thin best-selling author Bethenny Frankel.

The following day, CAVI Sportswear Division partnered with the 11th Annual Rell Sunn Surf Memorial and East End Classics Foundation, Inc., to pay tribute to iconic surfer, Rell Sunn. The event, which benefits families with hardships on the East End, featured surfing contests, auctions, raffles and incredible prizes.

August 7, 2009: Spotted at the Exclusive Preview of CAVI Sport in celebration with Hamptons Magazine were Real Housewives of New York City's Alex McCord and Simon Van Kempen and Naturally Thin best-selling author Bethenny Frankel. The three exchanged hellos but kept to separate corners. Now in her own happy relationship, Bethenny is looking out for her girlfriends, as she was heard saying that she was at the Surf Lodge helping her friends scout for boys. Also, Bethenny will is the soon-to-be star of her own reality show.
