In Honor of Fashion Week “Jordana” presents: “Untapped Fashion & Music, NY 09”

Untapped Fashion & Music, is a project which was conceptualized by Jordana of Jordana PR International; to get designers & musicians world-wide, the recognition deserved, during the biggest event of the year in most metro cities – Fashion Week! The event was created in order to help the fashion & entertainment industry throughout the economic crisis our country is currently facing, as Jordana is hoping this event will become a world-wide movement.

The inauguration event will be held on Saturday, September 12th from 8-11 pm at Inc Lounge in the Time Hotel on W. 49th Street, NYC. An after party will be held at Greenhouse on Varick Street, NYC starting at 12 am.

Jordana will also officially inaugurate another recession proof project which had a soft launch on Feb. 09’ called: Fashion & Lifestyle Directory. This is a digital book which is compiled on a bi-monthly basis with the best restaurants, clubs, spa/salons, hotels & fashion designers and distributed to lifestyle/fashion/hospitality editors world-wide! Each page is dedicated to one brand, making the digital book easy to navigate. Images can be extracted directly from the pages for editorial/feature stories along with website, brief description and contact info should they need anything else.

In this event, editors from local & national press *both broadcast and print* will get to view collections from various designers, while listening to music from unsigned & talented musicians. Designers will be showcased by models, while they strut the pieces around venue. The event is sponsored by Eric and Luck, Sagatiba, and Starlite Shoes & Accessories. Celebrity guests will be in attendance including Isaac Mizrahi, Real Housewives of NYC, amongst many others. Designers showcased will include: Aqua Vi, Gia Fragelli, Chak Chel, Debra Cortese, Peony by Sheerly Novian, amongst many others.

Guests will enjoy sounds by DJ Hunter Laine and hit acoustic performances by Frontline and Vine House.
