Perfect Pairs in Florida

On Florida's Treasure Coast last Wednesday, Top of the Point at Palm Beach's Philips Club hosted a reception of deliciously crafted pairings to toast the upcoming Perfect Pairings Menu Campaign in South Florida. Chef Mark Aleks of Top of the Point, Chef Josef Morera of Echo, and Chef Christopher Carvelle of The Seafood Bar at the Breakers celebrated the Campaign’s premise with a broad range of dishes paired with Veuve Clicquot Vintage Rosé and one-of a kind cocktails with Beefeater Gin, Patron Tequila, Ultimat Vodka and Pyrat XO Reserve Rum. The Perfect Pairings Menu Campaign involves an exciting cross-section of Florida restaurants including, Café Boulud, Palm Beach; ECHO, Palm Beach; Eduardo de San Angel, Fort Lauderdale; La Brochette, Cooper City; Ocean Bistro at the Four Seasons Resort, Palm Beach; Paradiso, Lake Worth; Samba Room, Fort Lauderdale; Samba Room, Orlando; The Seafood Bar at the Breakers, Palm Beach; The Strip House, Naples; The Strip House, Key West; Ta-boo, Palm Beach; Top of the Point at the Phillips Club, West Palm Beach; Truluck’s, Fort Lauderdale; Tryst, Delray Beach; Zed451¸ Boca Raton. Each restaurant will offer special paired items on their menus throughout October. When these pairings are ordered a donation is automatically made to The Cooperative Feeding Program. A full list of participating restaurants in Florida and other cities will be listed at www.perfectpairings.org starting October 1.
