WHAT: A week-long shopping extravaganza starting November 14 through November 20, presented by Nolcha. This event provides a platform for independent retailers to showcase their offerings via a week-long city-wide series of in-store mini fashion shows, interactive events and retailer demonstrations designed with the budget-savvy fashionista in mind. In an industry dominated by conglomerates that can better absorb downturns in demand, collaborative efforts such as this provide much needed support to lesser known boutiques and designers, while helping them stay relevant at the start of a projected tighter-budget shopping season.
