Spa Peachy: Ramy Spa. It May Have Taken Us Over a Year, But Peachy Deegan finally found out tonight that the Best Eyebrows in Manhattan are done by Ramy!

Anything that anyone has done to their face matters. A lot. Our column Spectacular Spectacles focuses on glasses. Top Teeth with Dr. Garo Nazarian makes sure you have the best pearly whites in town. But never before today have we let anyone touch Peachy Deegan's eyebrows. Or maybe we did, and they weren't good enough to tell you about...we never started a site about things you don't want to know about. You need to know about Ramy!!!!

Although Peachy Deegan is not in the spotlight as some of the aforementioned, she is a critic. Of everything.

We would argue the ability of a critic to raise an eyebrow is a crucial occupational duty. Now Peachy has her arches golden thanks to the talent of Ramy!

If you have not been clued in, let us unequivocally announce that it is a simple matter of fact: Ramy Gafni does the best eyebrows in Manhattan and if you have not seen Peachy tonight, you are in for a treat the next time you spot her. From his school days of doodling eyes and eyebrows in his notebooks, Ramy was clearly destined for eyebrow greatness. His attention to detail is absolutely meticulous. He is so observant he can tell if you are right or left handed by the way your eyebrows grow: the more dominant side has a faster-growing eyebrow. The difference between the "before" you and the "after" you is quite amazing.

Another thing we like about Ramy is that he is quite personable. He even bothered to wish Peachy Deegan a belated happy birthday! We love it when people pay attention to details and take an interest in us too when we take an interest in them. He got extra points for pegging Peachy at 6 years younger than she is. It must be the fabulous Skin Medica cream she has been using...

Not only is Ramy an eyebrow magician, he is a genuinely nice person which is so important. A cancer survivor, Ramy also volunteers to help cancer patients with beauty, and we hope to cover that in the future. We at Whom You Know believe everything happens for a reason, and when we heard that Ramy was let go from a job he held years ago in the beauty industry when he was battling cancer, we were disgusted with the poor judgment shown by that party and when he told us he nearly named Ramy Spa "Karma," we thought it was quite appropriate. During his transition, he started Ramy Spa out of his apartment and made it into the beauty empire we know today. First he was a makeup artist and then he became the master of eyebrows. He also does guybrows for men...We highly recommend you visit Ramy so you too may properly raise an eyebrow or two!
