One of Caesar's newer products are the gnocchi varietals. I tried the potato gnocchi  last week, which was delicious. This time was a sample of the spinach gnocchi, also gluten free, completely free of any animal product. This is again a great dish for heartier pasta dish and gnocchi lovers, and can be prepared in as little as three minutes. The homemade looking dumplings stay together and lock in the nice flavor of the pasta , as well as the spinach. The spinach adds a fresh and lighter taste to this meal.  The dish prepared quite well and had a proper al dente consistency. I would recommend the spinach gnocchi due to it's ease of preparation and authenticity.

Yum, my favorite vegetable and my favorite pasta come together in Caesar's Spinach Gnocchi and the results are just delicious.  Subtly infused with the the taste and goodness of spinach, this gnocchi pairs just so as well with tomato sauce as it does in a soup base.  It's also a great way to get in an extra helping of vegetables too.  And those of us who are extremely busy but still like to prepare home-cooked meals, you'll be glad to know that this gnocchi takes approximately 3 minutes to cook after being placed in boiling water. With a prepared sauce that only needs to be heated up, you can have a nice, hearty meal in about 10 minutes flat!  Healthy, delicious and
fast, this will be one of the mainstays in my freezer.

For anyone looking for a quick, healthy meal, the Spinach Gnocchi from Caesar’s is the perfect choice.  These little pasta bites cook up in less than three minutes (once the water starts boiling) and all you have to do is add your favorite sauce.  I’d go with something on the light side and serve with some kind of sautéed chicken.  I guess the Spinach Gnocchi is somewhat of a specialty item, being wheat and gluten free, and void of any animal products, but for the average shopper like me, it just plain tastes good.  I’ve been a wheat pasta person my whole life, and lately have even tended to buy the ones that are higher in fiber (not so high in taste), so to come across a pasta offering that is basically just the opposite of what I’ve been eating, has been such a pleasant surprise.  And while I’m not much into all the specialty foods on the market, I want to give a shout-out to Caesar’s for making its products in a facility that is free from peanuts and tree nuts.  One less thing to worry about as I make food choices for my food-allergic child.
