As with all the other products from Caesar’s, the Stuffed Shells are a tasty entrée ready in just minutes.  These stuffed shells are just a pleasant surprise, seeing as they are gluten and wheat free, and truthfully I wouldn’t have known the difference.  They’re filled with creamy ricotta cheese and Italian spices that would make anyone living with celiac disease forget about any diet restrictions.  The texture and taste of the shells is nothing to shake a stick at either.  This frozen entrée from Caesar’s is at least as good as any other I’ve tried, and I’ve tried way too many. The only improvement I’d like to see is a family size offering.  It just seems wrong to be enjoying these all by myself!

It sure is good to know that if you're restricted to a gluten-free diet, you don't have to give up on your favorite pasta dishes. Caesar's Pasta Specialties has a line of gluten-free and wheat-free

shell maintains a nice al-dente texture while the ricotta cheese filling is light and just cheesy enough.  It's a very satisfying single-serving size, and yet it doesn't leave me with that after-meal
crash that I sometimes get after a pasta-laden meal.

 Finally, I tried the awesome stuffed shells by Caesar's. The pasta shells are filled to capacity with the same old-fashioned style ricotta that is in the cheese lasagna. Like many of the gluten-free pasta dishes in this line, the sauce and cheeses are nicely seasoned with a special blend of herbs and spices. The fresh tasting cheese oozes out of the hearty shell, but is not too much that it gets messy, or takes away from the rest of the dish. The sauce is lightly applied, so you get a little bit of the sweetness of the sauce. But the focus here is on the ricotta, and the plate makes a great appetizer for a couple of people. I definitely recommend this dish as a tasty split appetizer or as a nice comfort food meal, with all the healthy benefits of gluten and wheat-free pasta.
