Dressed to Kilt
Venue: The M2 Club, 530 West 28th Street
The Dressed to Kilt fashion show and New York's premier Scottish event will again kick-off Tartan Week on Monday night, April 5. Celebrities from both sides of the Atlantic will take to the catwalk for charity. As in previous years the funds raised by The Friends of Scotland will be given to returning veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan through the Wounded Warriors, Paralyzed Veterans of America and the Erskine Hospital in Scotland.

The theme of this year's show will be "Mad for Scotland". This celebrates the notion of people creatively reinventing themselves in this period of 'economic transition'. And there will be a shift of mindset which includes not following hard set 'fashion tribe' rules of yesteryear, and we will be celebrating the spirit of 'anything goes' .
