New Column: Repel the Rain

This is our spring version of our winter column, Brave the Cold! We want to keep you both fashionable and dry on the days in Manhattan where you would think you were in the mother country (i.e. London, Dublin, St. Andrews, etc.) April showers bring May flowers, or so they say!
