Round Three:
By now, I am totally comfortable going to Advanced Derma Laser and with each visit the excitement about never having to deal with unwanted hair grows. The EXCITEMENT grows, not the hair so much! As I am not overly hairy, this process is a bit more complicated since it is ideal for very hairy people. By this third visit, there is far less hair, and with each visit, less and less.
If you think of all the time people, both men and women, (about half of Advanced Derma Laser's patients are men), spend shaving or getting rid of hair other ways, it can really add up. Wouldn't you rather be doing something else? Just the idea of all of this free time opening up is so attractive. Once it's gone, it's gone forever with the laser using this method. A total life improvement!
When you enter Advanced Derma Laser, you will see it is pristine. Totally clean! They are meticulous about the cleanliness of the whole office. Also, it is a welcoming environment. A scented candle illuminates the hall, everyone is pleasant and it is a real spa experience although you aren't going for a massage or facial.
As we get closer to the summer months it is so exciting to think of the lack of effort I will have to make in dealing with unwanted hair thanks to my dedicated visits at Advanced Derma Laser with Jennifer, who is so professional, experienced, and accomplished. The laser process goes by so quickly, and of course you know by now as the patient you always must protect your eyes with the glasses provided-tiny silver ones for work being done on your face and a version closer to sunglasses for other parts of your body.
Some of the zaps are a bit shocking to be honest, but it is worth it in the end and it is so quick you hardly have time to feel it. Jennifer is sensitive to what you are feeling and recommends using Vitamin K on the spots as a moisturizer to protect your skin after the process. The entire process is spaced out in six week intervals, so the next visit will be in late April. If you have ever considered laser hair removal I would absolutely do it at Advanced Derma Laser with Jennifer. If you have not considered it, you should!
