PINK BANK IS HERE! Come Out and Support Breast Cancer through the Fourth Annual Paint the Town Pink Week

“Pink Bank, NJ” – April 13, 2010 – (No, Whom You Know is not covering New Jersey now but we are supporting Breast Cancer prevention, detection and treatment!) Riverview Medical Center and Red Bank RiverCenter are proud to bring you a bigger and “pinker” Paint the Town Pink in 2010! Beginning May 1, Red Bank and Monmouth Beach will be transformed into “Pink Bank” and “Pink Beach” for Paint the Town Pink, a week-long community-wide event to raise awareness of the importance of breast cancer prevention, detection, and treatment.

Now in its fourth year, Paint the Town Pink was created with the goal to encourage women aged 40 and older to pledge to have their annual mammogram, as well as raise money to provide mammography to the uninsured and underserved in our community. Through a a variety of special events, support and in-store specials from Red Bank and Monmouth Beach businesses, a “Pink Your House” contest, and invovlement from community groups, this year’s Paint the Town Pink will be “bigger and pinker” than ever before!

Saturday, May 1: Spring into Pink Bank! A Pink Retail Event

A shopping event in and around Pink Bank with participating Pink Partners (all ages)

Saturday, May 8: The Pink Hat Tea
