RECREATIONAL COURSES AT THE FRENCH CULINARY INSTITUTE

The Recreational Division at The International Culinary Center is now in session, teaching the kind of cooking that can draw a crowd. Like at our sister school The French Culinary Institute (The FCI), you’ll work in cutting-edge facilities with renowned Chef-Instructors. In these intimate, hands-on courses, you’ll learn techniques and recipes from the best for a fraction of the time and cost. Learn new skills that allow you to taste, bake and prepare at any skill level, from novice to aspiring gourmet. Courses are small, and spaces fill up fast. With skills like these, you’ll need a velvet rope to keep your guests out of the kitchen.
