For the last six months, I’ve lived on the fourth floor of 10 story building in the city. I have a high efficiency washer and dryer that's stackable. It’s great because it is space saver as well as an energy saver. Normally, I do my laundry when I get home from work which is usually around 9pm. That is when I will start my household chores and I always start with a load of laundry. This causes problems with the neighbors next door as well as with the people that live beneath me.
