Dior we love your black tiered skirt!

Dior's windows are among the classiest consistently on Madison, and we're not just saying that because they make their blush in a Peachy hue (though they spell it Peechy). We love the black triple tiered ruffle short skirt, and Peachy normally doesn't even like ruffles. Stay tuned for an exciting development from their artist Bil Donovan in the coming weeks. He is of course, a Mover and Shaker!
