A Cocktail Idea from Our Mover and Shaker, Jonathan Pogash

Jonathan always has interesting ideas for us to share with you and here is the latest:

Tales of the Cocktail, that's where you'll find me.

As you await my response, please do not flee.

Unless it's to say "hey" in dear 'ol NOLA - that's alright.

Just get here safe, and have a pleasant flight!

Please prepare yourself this little cocktail in the meantime. My pops and I (that's right, I said pops), are serving it at our spirited dinner on Thurs, July 22 at Le Meritage in NOLA:

Juan Collins
1 oz. Leblon Cachaca
1 oz. Bols Genever
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
3/4 oz. demerara syrup
Club Soda
Directions: Shake all ingredients except for the club soda in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass and top with the club soda.
Garnish: lime wheel
