Ages 4 to 8!  The Petite Peachy Panel played, and they say:

Parents in search of a portable activity for restless kids will be delighted with Mega MagnaForms Safari Adventure. Any family that frequently takes long car rides can certainly appreciate a game that enthralls kids and requires absolutely no cleanup. Mega MagnaForms books are magnetic game sets meant for kids ages 4-8. The newest book features classic games kids love, like Sudoku and tangrams. However, they’ve been updated with a fun safari theme, and 100 adorably shaped magnets to match. Each game is set in a safari environment that lets kids’ imaginations run wild. The activities can keep making them perfect for long car or plane rides, or even just rainy days. Plus, the set is really portable, with a storage bag for the magnets so the last thing you need to worry about is cleaning up. And while your kids are playing with it, the magnetic pieces keep everything in order, so there’s never a need to pick up 100 small pieces off the floor. An imaginative game with no potential to cause a mess is a gem to any travelling family.

This is a great book! My three year old son was excited from the minute he spotted it, saying, “Mommy, can we open it?!” As soon as I opened the book and he spotted the magnets, his little hands couldn’t get them out of the pouch fast enough. He loves looking at the different animals and putting them in the scenes provided in the book. I look forward to him really getting into the games and puzzles as he gets a little bit older. The artwork is very appealing to young eyes (and to not so young ones too!). The pictures are very colorful and provide a great foundation for discussion between parent and child. This is a wonderful book to stimulate the imagination of a pre-school aged child, allowing them countless opportunities to create different scenes and stories! Although there are over one hundred magnets, they are very easy to store in the pouch that comes attached right in the book. Also, the magnetic page stays attached and is easily moved in between different pages. As a mom, I appreciate that both the magnet storage pouch and the magnetic page stay in the book! This allows for easy clean-up…something a mom treasures!
