Rollerblading Peachy: A Sunset Rollerblade on the East River
Contrary to popular belief, it is not every night that Peachy Deegan has a glass of champagne in one hand and a glass of Star Vodka in the other and is chatting up every hobnobber in Manhattan for her Nightlight column, asking when the last time they ate at Swifty's was and if they like the crabcakes just as much as Carl Bernstein and she do.
She's got to look good in that cocktail dress so she ROLLERBLADES! We cannot get enough of the new Twister 80 and we firmly believe it is the best model around for 2011! Rollerblading in Manhattan is ten million times better than going to a boring, germy, gross gym where strange people hit on you.
Rollerblading Peachy most recently took a trip up and down the East River path from 125th Street to 60th street....we hate to say it because we adore the East side but the paths here are not as good as the West side. But the view is beautiful, particularly at sunset. As you rollerblade south around the bend near 96th street, just north of 96th, you see a fabulous sunset with the Manhattan backdrop and as you whiz along as these wheels belong on a Ferrari, you will smile and say to yourself that you are so glad you and Peachy belong to the Gym of Rollerblading Around Manhattan!

It is beautiful weather outside, lace up your Rollerblades!!! Peachy Deegan highly recommends it.
