Chapped lips from the sun or the cold are both painful and ugly. It is hard to find a product that really protects your lips and does not at first moisturize and then ultimately dry them out. It's that time of year again, as temperatures dip, my lips start chafing and chapping in reaction to that. A good lip balm is called for but one that meets all my criteria (stick form, not too waxy, nicely scented, moist and not too hard, provides SPF protection and contains organic ingredients) seems hard to come by. Not anymore, now that I've come across COOLA Liplux. This lip balm is all the above and perhaps better than most of the ones I've come across in the past. The texture is very moist and not the least bit waxy, one of the biggest pet peeves I have about the usual lip balm. The peppermint+vanilla scent is very delicious and refreshing. The best part is almost all the ingredients, barring the active ingredients, are organic. This is a lip balm I'll be toting around all through fall and winter.
