Champagne Wishes: Amorosa Bella Pinot Noir 2009 Recommended by the Wine Connoisseurs of Whom You Know!

In the land of Champagne Wishes the holiday season has been in full swing for quite awhile! We are just bursting with not only Peachy Deegan but The Peachy Deegan, and we like to have some wine with our Star Vodka! We have previously recommended two winners by Amorosa Bella-both sparkling-and we are pleased to say the Pinot Noir is top notch as well. Amorosa Bella Pinot Noir 2009 has a beautiful red ruby hue to it. I just cannot resist the smell of this wine. You can sense the smell of the black cherries right under your nose. There are also smells of blackberry. Oh and not to mention the hints of oak and black tea. When you take one sip you can taste the velvet smooth taste all around your mouth. It has a gradual dryness that I love. The taste of this wine is priceless. You can taste black cherry, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry right off the bat. I love the fruit taste. It just explodes and brings your sense to life. This is a delicious wine that I just simply cannot get enough of. I served this at dinner the other night and my husband loved it. It's great to match with a spicy dish. It is a well rounded wine that can stand boldly on its own or with a dish. I won't lie I started off drinking this wine before dinner with some cheese and cured meats. They match well together. My husband likes his red wines chilled for about a 1/2 hour. I have to say when you do so I feel like it makes the wine even better. I can't wait to get another bottle and server it over the holidays.

Lately I feel that people describe a good wine and preference it by saying it is good wine for the value. That does not work for me. I want to drink good wine because it tastes great not because it was inexpensive. Now I am not saying that you can’t find some good wines at a lower price. But I am not compromising taste just because it was a good value. So those of you are serious about finding a great Pinot Noir, need to try the 2009 Amorosa Bella Pinot Noir. After letting it breathe for a while, my husband lit the fire and we settled into comfortable chairs and let the experience begin. To me drinking wine is about the overall experience. Whether it is an intimate evening with just close friends or at a party, the overall experience can enhance a wine. This dark and luscious looking Pinot Noir had an intensely rich flavor. The first sip was superb and each sip got better. This Pinot Noir will mystify your senses with its black cherry flavor and silky smooth texture. The aroma is divine and lingers in your nostrils drawing you in deeper and deeper. Apparently I am not the only one that felt this way. Scoring high ratings from some of the top reviewers in the country, it is easy to see why. So far this wine maker has exceeded my expectations with everything it has produced. Love the Amorosa Bella Pinot Noir! The deep purple hue of this wine was a little intimidating at first. I expected a really acidic wine. But, I was pleasantly surprised that this Pinot was easily enjoyable, without too much burn. We started off the evening toasting the holiday season with the in-laws. They were quite impressed by this Pinot, as well. With a handful of toasted wasabi peas and a few cubes of vermont cheddar, we had an excellent appetizer. We saved the rest of the Pinot for ourselves, and said "ta-ta" to the folks. In keeping with the overall philosophy of Amorosa Bella, which encourages enjoying life through all the senses, we took the rest of the bottle with us to the bath. How indulgent for a couple of middle-aged parents to enjoy a bottle of gorgeous Pinot Noir, along with some of Peachy's other recommended products, in a steamy bubbly bath on a weeknight! This holiday season, Amorosa Bella wines will be stocked at our house. The kids may have visions of sugarplums dancing in their heads, but mom and dad dream of Amorosa Bella's Pinot Noir!
