READ THIS: Amazing Baby: One Little Bunny By A. J. Wood, Emma Dodd; Illustrator: Mike Jolley

Oooh how we love bunnies at Whom You Know so we think it's so much fun to introduce them to the little ones-and Peachy Deegan's newest niece, only weeks old, just loved this and gave her smile of approval although she can't talk yet.  Since she has Peachy genes you know with just a look if it is thumbs up or thumbs down.  How many bunnies do you see? One, two, three . . .count along with me! Slide the page up and-look! You got the right answer! The slot and sliders allow children to slide up the answer page, combining learning with finger dexterity and this is great for little boys or girls. This delightful board book teaches little ones the joy of counting. We LOVE math at Whom You Know and you cannot start too soon. And to add to the fun, an interactive page slides up with the correct answer-just in case-along with more brightly colored graphics to keep children entertained and interested.  The Petite Peachy panel says:

Amazing Baby One Little Bunny is the perfect stocking-stuffer for any toddler on your list.  Employing three of the five senses, this little board book involves each child in the learning process.  As you read this book to your little one, you will enjoy watching him/her see, hear, and physically manipulate the pages.  Each page introduces a new number (1-5) and gives the child an opportunity to participate.  This "changing picture book" has a slide-out on every page.  These pop-ups are easily extended by little fingers and reveal, in sparkling digits, the number of items on each page.  This is a great way to teach beginning counting to your child.  And this thick board book will withstand even the toughest "love."

This is a great little board book for babies and toddlers.  Even just glancing at the cover is sure to catch the attention of little ones.  With the sweet bunny picture, two different patterns and the counting slider, little hands will want to pick up this book.  Although a small book, it offers a lot of information!  The use of different colors and patterns gives an adult much to discuss with the child.  Each page features adorable graphics, different patterns and bold colors.  Additionally, there is the slider, which when used, pops up from the top of the page and shows the corresponding number in a shiny silver material.  On the back of the slider is a different black and white pattern.  This is the perfect book to keep in a diaper bag or in the car as it is small and will hold the attention of a baby or toddler for at least a little while!

One Little Bunny from Silver Dolphin Books is a wonderful board book for young children. Easy to hold and strong enough to hold up to young hands. I just love the interactive aspect of the book. Perfect for introducing counting and numbers to little minds. Each page asks how many items they see. Then children get to slide a hidden page up out of the book which shows the answer and the number. Then can also learn by counting the dots on the side as well. This is great because they can learn at all levels and at different speeds based on your child’s level of learning. This also allows the book to have a longer shelf life.
