A pop-up book with sounds and a Christmas theme? It's a win-win! This has quickly become one of my son's favorite Christmas books! My son and I love reading this book together before bedtime (or anytime, for that matter). He laughs with each different sound, imitates them, hums the melodies...it's so much fun to read this book with him! He told me "I just want to get into the last page" where the Snappy Friends go caroling. It's a beautiful book, colorful, cheerful and engaging. If anyone is looking for some Christmas spirit...this is where it can be found!

Snappy Sounds Ho, Ho, Ho was a big hit in our household. This book has everything: imaginative illustrations, pop-ups, and sounds. Each page of the story also includes some advanced vocabulary words, for the older children. Our kids were especially impressed that the pages played sounds both when we turned to them, and when we turned away from them to the next page. This is a thick, hard-covered book that will live through more than one Christmas. The pop-ups are constructed of thick cardboard that might actually make it, as well. This book is highly recommended this holiday for the 3-7 set. It's about Santa, so what better gift for him to leave?
