Women's Prism Ice Parka Highly Recommended by Whom You Know! It is the BEST thing About Winter in Manhattan! You Should Wear it Over Your Columbia Kaleidaslope Jacket....For the Ultimate in Warmth!
We really have had it already with the cold even though it's the first day of winter....Peachy has been sniffling for weeks and has dreamed of palm trees and flamingos and the only salvation we can see in this frost is the vision of perfection from Columbia: the Prism Ice Parka! Peachy Deegan sports it in Boston College and Whom You Know maroon (although they call it black cherry/tarte!), but as you can see it comes in a variety of colors including Tidewater, shown to the left, and black. Columbia's new Omni-Heat technology continues to impress us and leave us warm in Manhattan despite the onset of an early winter.
Because a lot can happen between December and April, this versatile, super technical parka sports two exquisite jackets in one and the most advanced weather-fighting components. The moisture-proof outer shell is Omni-Tech® waterproof-breathable and fully seam sealed. Sweet jacquard print graces the shoulders and arms, and tuliped seam lines give way to an embossed dot-pattern stretch material in the jacket’s body, which delivers great fit and mobility. Elegant piping on the collar ties it all together. The snap-back powder skirt features a unique stretch material instead of regular taffeta, so it actually conforms to your body shape. And here’s where the true value comes in: the 3-point Interchange liner is a stellar jacket in its own right. It’s Omni-Shield® advanced water repellant and packs extreme lightweight warmth courtesy of Omni-Heat® thermal insulation and thermal reflective technology. Supremely soft fabric and pretty pleating on the chest elevate the luxe factor, while lush high pile on the interior collar enhances coziness. Comfort cuffs are cold canceling and soft against your skin. A smattering of waterproof zippered pockets and interior security/media pockets stash all your essentials securely.
