Consolo & Aquino Market Multi-Level Multi-Use Soho Store

Value Meets Versatility:
Multi-Level Space at 129 Grand Street Offers Multiple-Use Opportunities

The leasing team of Faith Hope Consolo, Chairman, and Joseph Aquino, Executive Vice President of Prudential Douglas Elliman's Retail Group, is marketing a three-level store at 129 Grand Street, between Crosby Street and Broadway. Located in an area considered a magnet for luxury buyers and where such fashion forward designers as Jil SanderDerek LamVivienne Tam and Scoop have moved in recent years, the space features approximately 1,400 square feet at retail level, 3,200 square feet at lower selling level and 1,400 square feet at sub-basement level. Moreover, the lower two levels may also be used for manufacturing.

Currently the home of G-London, the store is in an area known for its diverse and creative mix of retail, such as cheap chic emporium Top Shop, suave British apparel store Ted Baker, and au courant French boutique agnes b.

"This space is the epitome of Soho verve, from the beautifully restored frontage to the different useable levels," pointed out Ms. Consolo. "I could easily see a designer or bespoke tailor produce high fashion products and garments on-site. On top of that, the block, itself, projects a charming 'Old World' feel."

Added Mr. Aquino, "Grand, Crosby and Howard Streets are the new wave of Soho. They offer the most affordable rents with some of the best-established tenants in the market."

Ms. Consolo and Mr. Aquino have been preeminent retail consultants in Soho for more than two decades. Within the past several months, the team has been responsible for arranging lease for Tui Lifestyle (136 Greene Street), Roundabout (115 Mercer Street), Florsheim for Duckie Brown (109 Mercer Street) and Realm (98 Greene Street).
