Nothing takes me back to my childhood like having pancakes on a Sunday morning. I am always looking to find new pancake mixes or recipes to try. When I saw the Pamela's Products Baking & Pancake Mix, I was thrilled! These were some of the best pancakes I've ever had. I was surprised by how good it was because of it being wheat and gluten free. I have a few friends who have to be on a gluten free diet and I've told them about this mix. I was even excited to see different recipes I could make using this mix. While I didn't get to try the other recipes, I'm really excited about ordering more Baking & Pancake Mix so I can try them.

Pamela's baking & pancake mix tastes like the real thing. It honestly tastes like there is wheat in it! I have a few friends who have Celiac's diseas and hate it whey they come over and I don't have the proper things to feed them. Well things hace changed! This baking and pancake mix really lets me cater to them. My friend was in town from London, she was craving pancakes, so voila! I wipped up some pancakes with this Celiac friendly batter. It tasted so amazing! She also couldn't stop telling me how impressed she was with the way it tasted.
