READ THIS: American by Heart by Sarah Palin
***
In the fall of 2009, with the publication of her #1 national bestselling memoir GOING ROGUE, Sarah Palin had the privilege of meeting thousands of everyday Americans on her monumental book tour. Inspired by these encounters, her new book, AMERICA BY HEART: Reflections on Family, Faith, and Flag (Harper, Nov. 23, 2010, $25.99), celebrates the enduring strengths and virtues that have made this country great.
AMERICA BY HEART is a personal testament to Sarah Palin’s deep love of country, her strong roots in faith, and her profound appreciation of family. Written in her own refreshingly candid voice, the book includes brief selections from classic and contemporary readings that have moved and inspired her, as well as Americans, both famous and obscure, whom she admires. Ranging widely over American history, culture, and current affairs, Governor Palin reflects on the key values that have been such an essential part of her own life and that continue to inform her vision of America’s future.
