The panel finally tried the Terra Medi Red Wine Vinegar. They say:
The fruit overtones of the Terra Medi Red Wine Vinegar were a great match for both oils. The flavor hinted at a similarity to an apple cider vinegar, but it is deeper and more complex. The red wine vinegar held up its own end of the flavor bargain, when paired with the Terra Medi olive oil. But it also, paired quite well with the nutty flavor of the sesame oil. We enjoyed this dressing on a bed of romaine. After shaking a little rosemary, garlic, and thyme, into the remaining mixture, we had an excellent dipping sauce for our french bread. I highly recommend the Terra Medi Red Wine vinegar. It is more complex and fruity than any other red wine vinegar I have found on the grocery shelf. But it is restrained enough to be a nice starter for those just branching out from the typical grocery brand.
Red Wine Vinegar is my absolute favorite. I love the pucker and the refreshing feeling it gives me all at the same time. I found Terra Medi’s Red Wine Vinegar to be a real gem in their line. Of the three they offer, this one appealed to me the most. It was just the right tartness matched with a real wine flavor. It was like you could actually taste a delicious wine that it was made from. Very light in color and smooth going down. It worked so well on my salad and I loved it on my cuckes, cottage cheese and especially my tomatoes. I totally am going to drench my salads with this delectable red wine vinegar. Watch out this summer as I will devour vine-ripened tomatoes with just some salt and Terra Medi’s Red wine vinegar.
I used Terra Medi's red wine vinegar for a salad dressing I make and it worked perfectly. There was as strong vinegar kick to the red wine version, but that is exactly what I love about vinegar. This vinegar is a great addition to my collection and it worked seamlessly with my salad dressing recipe. I really love the color of the vinegar and the contemporary design of the bottle. It will become my go to vinegar when I am preparing a salad.
I have been using the terri medi red wine vinegar and it adds a wonderful high-quality flavor to my special dishes. The corinthian grapes used in this red wine vinegar are grown in Greece and are the same grapes used to produce their fine red wines. Terri medi has chosen the best to make this fine red wine vinegar with the richest of flavor. A wonderful treat I found was to simmer and reduce the terri medi red wine vinegar to a sauce and top strawberries and also great on ice cream, mmm, the best! Red wine vinegar has so many uses and is commonly used in Mediterranean and French homes; could be a reason why they have been know to have healthy hearts!! My pantry is stocked with terri medi's wonderful products and I know my holiday recipes will be nutritious and flavorful for all to enjoy. Thank you terri medi..........

Complementing its widely popular line of premium Greek extra virgin olive oils, Terra Medi presents three essential matches – Red, White and Balsamico Vinegar -- crafted in Greece.
Terra Medi’s robust, yet smooth-tasting Red, White and Balsamico Vinegar are derived from plump, flavorful Corinthian grapes, native to Greece, and raisins that grow in abundance along the sunny hills of the southern Peloponnesian peninsula. The grape’s must is extracted and fermented according to artisanal methods originating and practiced for centuries in Greece’s monasteries. Terra Medi’s vinegars are authentically pure with no additives or colors.
“We’re delighted to offer consumers three high quality Greek vinegars to enjoy alone, or paired with our extra virgin olive oils for refreshing summer salads, delicious marinades for grilling, and other dishes that call for a splash of tang and zest,” says Apostolos Paralikas, President of Greek Farms International, LLC.
While olive oil reigns supreme in the Greek kitchen, well-made, all-natural vinegar holds a prominent place in many beloved Mediterranean dishes, including all types of garden fresh salads – particularly salads with cucumbers – grilled octopus, lentil soup, and a wide variety of stews prepared with beef and vegetables. Terra Medi’s vinegars honor Greece’s rich culinary tradition, while providing consumers with exceptional fundamental ingredients to create dishes from any type of cuisine.
