Blend No. 18 Brahmin by Steven Smith Highly Recommended by Whom You Know
Nothing like a piping hot spot of tea on a cold February morning in Manhattan, and we've found another lovely one by Steven Smith. The Brahmin, Blend No.18, is a classic black tea that reminds Peachy of Boston probably because of the name...and you know if you have any sense of American History that one wild tea party took place there. Girls from Miss Porter's School are known historically for their smashing tea parties, and we'd like to think Peachy and all of the fabulous Ancients, and there are many, on the panel, tea party with the best of them, and today they're doing it with this amazing blend. A rich blend of full bodied black teas suitable for drinking at breakfast or any time of day. North Indian Assam imparts chewy, dense, caramelized and dark fruit notes. Ceylon teas offer fruity notes with some minerality and China Keemun adds a slight smoky, leathery character. Great with or without milk and sugar. Peachy doesn't like anything in her tea-she drinks it straight. Like many other things.....
Whom You Know recommends the Blend No. 18 Brahmin by Steven Smith! And we love that it's in a bag and doesn't make a mess.
